How do I search for flights?
Enter your departure city, destination, travel dates, and number of passengers on our home page and click Search. We will show you available flights with all-inclusive AUD pricing. Select the fare that suits you and proceed to checkout.
How do I know my booking is confirmed?
Once your payment is processed you will receive a confirmation email containing your booking reference and e-ticket. If you do not receive this email within 30 minutes of booking, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Can I book for other passengers?
Yes. You can book flights for other travellers. Please ensure that each passenger's name is entered exactly as it appears on their passport or government-issued photo ID. Name corrections after ticketing can incur fees or may not be possible.
How do I view or manage my booking?
Visit our Manage Booking page and enter your booking reference and email address to view your itinerary, contact details, and booking status.
Payment
What currency are prices displayed in?
All prices are displayed and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). There are no currency conversion surprises at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Diners Club cards.
Are there credit card surcharges?
Yes, the following surcharges apply:
- 1.5% for Visa, Mastercard, and American Express
- 2.3% for Diners Club
Is my card information secure?
Yes. All card payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. Your full card details are never stored on QuickTrips Travel servers. Payment is charged at the time of booking confirmation.
Cancellations and Refunds
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellations are subject to the fare rules of the airline. Many promotional and economy fares are non-refundable. Cancellation fees of up to 100% of the booking cost may apply depending on the fare type and how close to departure you cancel.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed by the airline and can take 60–90 days. We are not responsible for delays caused by the airline or your card issuer. Once we receive the funds from the supplier we will pass them on to you promptly.
How do I request a cancellation or refund?
Please email us at hello@quicktripstravel.com.au with your booking reference and we will advise you of the applicable fare rules and any fees before proceeding.
Baggage
How much baggage can I bring?
Baggage allowances vary by airline and fare class. Your booking confirmation will include the baggage entitlements for your fare. For full details, refer to the airline's website.
Can I add checked baggage after booking?
Yes. Contact us before your departure date and we will assist you in adding checked baggage to your booking where the airline permits it.
What are the size and weight limits?
Size and weight limits are set by each individual airline. Please refer to the airline's website for their current baggage policy, as limits can vary by route.
Check-in
When can I check in online?
Online check-in typically opens 24–48 hours before departure, though this varies by airline. Check the airline's website for exact times.
How do I check in?
Check in directly on the airline's website or mobile app using the booking reference from your confirmation email. You can also check in at the airport.
What documents do I need at the airport?
You will need a valid photo ID or passport (depending on whether your flight is domestic or international) and a copy of your booking confirmation — either printed or on your mobile device.
Passport and Visa
Do I need a passport for domestic Australian flights?
No. A valid government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's licence) is sufficient for flights within Australia.
What passport validity is required for international travel?
A valid passport is required for all international flights. Most countries require your passport to have at least 6 months of validity remaining beyond your return date. Check the entry requirements for your specific destination well in advance.
Do I need a visa?
Visa requirements depend on your nationality and destination. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct visas before travel. We strongly recommend checking smartraveller.gov.au for up-to-date entry requirements, travel advisories, and safety information for your destination.
Does QuickTrips Travel arrange visas?
No. QuickTrips Travel does not arrange visas. Obtaining the correct travel documentation is entirely the responsibility of each passenger.
